The manual isn`t in the help center. It`s on the top part of the screen when you`re about to log on.

make an account on the game speed of your choice , log on and play , e-mail valadation will be sent with in a short time, then valadate your account with the e-mail. when you start make sure you do the missions and thay will help in understanding the game, manuel is in the help center.
