suggestion for miner rabalanci

make max storage for all races 30 million per mineral
make max mineral price $2000
increase tax mod for miner back to the original +450%
inccrease cg production to +1000%

make all miner starbases non retal
introduce 1 more new starbase with descent chemical attack
reduce lako power rating by half

reduce g lictor power rating to 48,502

eliminate 1 maor weakness from g livid fighter (either kinetic or missle)




This race don`t need any improvements on offensive end because with greter income they should be able to afford to build to safe range with starbases and than build a desent fleet

i like it except for the miner mod, needs to be higher :)

miners make enough cash already, they need offensive power on their ships to be able to win batles offensive and defensive, without having to build to high powers
