Is it possible 2 bring back a colony that u accidentally demolished all of its housing? If u can, tell me. If u cant, is there a way 2 get rid of a colony? If so, how?

You can not bring it back to life it has 0 housing and 0 population, you can plunder it. Go to Manage Colonies, click on the name of the one you want to plunder. On the right side is a button labeled Plunder Colony. Use that.
