A.miner are the Minerial Producers.
You can make ur own minerials, However if ur not A.miner ur minerial production will be extremely slow & might not be enough to supply ur needs.

you make clusters with and designate them to be red crystal clusters. or you find planets that are red crystal type, but clusters yield far more. At which point anyway, you simply spend turns. It`s kind of like mining ore, you just spend the turns and get it.
