RT averages between 300 to 400 billion cash to hit the bottom of the rich list.
Normal server i hear its around 20 billion
Slow haha i hear it doesnt take much maybe 2 to 4 billion

Travvivian is a very old player on normal server (almost 4 years playing according to the profile unless he has an even older empire on another server) and is the leader of UGDA (itself an old fed on normal server along with UFP and the United Terran Union). I assume you don`t play normal server since you don`t know who he is. =P

The only way to really find out how much u need to make the rich list is to ask whoever is at the bottom how much cash thy have now via PM (private message). At least that`s the method I used. =/
