Hi dont know what to do to start up! any one willing to give advice?

The missions are a good place to start. The mission link is in the upper left of the screen. Work through them and you will have a good feel for how the game works.

Research Commercial, build commercial on your planets, make sure you don`t run out of money or food. Eventually try and explore maybe one or two planets, mine the ore and build commercial infrastructure on them.
