like ss just said, build the capsule lap. I think there`s a 24 hour waiting period after you`ve completed it to activate it....here`s a formula site...http://kuangeleven.net/artefacts/ajax/ajaxlist.php
Westen, first you have to build the capsule lab. Then you select the combination of artifacts to create the new artifact you want. For a list of formulas, check the links from our federation web site.
