I suppose is would suck to lose 12Billion worth of food credits but if folks were posting those up at 4 do you really think the same problem would not exist? They are just getting their goods out there.

the 3$ price doesn`t hold long because everyone is buying them off the shelves(including me) and then reselling at 4$
