Hi guys i ve finally had enough
I would be gratefull if you could refund by paid account as i cannot return to the game knowing that i have never ever botted here.

I swift response would be appreciated as i have already wasted over 30 days waiting for someone to look at this.

Is this is the way a non botter gets treated here i simply do not wish to play this game anymore.

you have to post in Help Center > ask > support > payments and donations

request it there and they`ll refund you, they need to get personal info usually so it needs to be there and private
