oh the lower the loyalty the less money the slave empire makes from tax

Punish is a function that only the Master of the enslaved empire can do. It reduces the loyalty of the slave`s colonies by abit
Click "Slave Empires"
Click one of your slaves
Click Punish
Click "Slave Empires"
Click one of your slaves
Click Punish
