This is realy weird why was a guy with 35 i repeat 35 LICTORS at 43000 power he could hardly have had one. this sucks

it may say it`s only 33% chance but those who`ve had to deal with saga`s minions know that percentile is a bit higher than him much closer to 95% for normal attacks...

*shakes fist at saga making him kill a double herc spam*

yeah that happens to me on ultra all the time. I attack someone who looks fleetless and they get all sorts of reinforcements.

if it`s a normal attack it`s a 33%
if it`s an enslave attack it`s a 100%

and apparently they don`t need a fleet anymore
i`ve attacked plenty that the only ships they had were the reinforcements

sorry lothor, i believe stephen screwed it up over ` shadows ` complaining, only he now knows the ... wait i doubt he does... meaning nobody knows the exact %`s anymore

but the formal should be ones are right :p
