You should only focus on one kind of research
Also, Agriculture makes more money than Commercial with just the downside of needing to wait for your food to get sold on the market, therefore "terrans should focus on commercial and only commercial" is not true

wow, first of all, you dont need to reawerch anything but commercial

if you do not understand this, please pm me concerning this issue
at this point, it probably wont be so bad starting over
but for the reaserch 5 levels of infrastructure, those 5 levels can be all on one type
and it would be best if it was on commercial
