Can building offensive ship not bring people out of dp... cuz sometimes offensive ships r built there 4 protection (starbases alone makes the LAMEST defense formation in the galaxy) And of course people to press the attack option on the ranks will be brought out of dp so that the defender can retaliate immediately.

woudln t that give me 0% chance of succesfully defending myself?or take a piece of the attacker with me.

simple strategy, build 20 different ships, even so you get whipoed, you have a a full stack for the next time......

Research for better ships and when coming out of DP always check if there is someone around you, also check your money and minerals reserves.

If people gets to built Offensive Ships while in DP

It will make it rather pointless to come out of DP wouldn't it?
You come out of DP and the only plus point is that people can attack you?

Offensive ships when built will bring you out of dp. That is a true fact.

If you want ships for protection the next time you come out of protection then try not to disband from your last battle if you were not wipe out. I know starbases in this game is really weak other then maybe the chiron. But there's really nothing much you can do about it.

So my best advice to you is to build a full stack and hope nobody wipes your stack clean so you have some ships left just in case you are not free the next day to built ships or you want to counter someone while in dp.
