My suggestion is that you make a complaints sectin for people willing to post a logn message on what they odnt like about it AND how they want it to change.

You are meant to post suggestions on Ask -> Game Suggestion, also with an option to make it public for all players or private for only the eyes of the Guides and Admins as I think you already know.
Therefore, even if a new board would kind of stimulate new suggestions in a more organized manner, with the current lack of updates on GC it wouldn`t be necessary.
I doubt it would be implemented even if everyone agreed on it because it seems Stephen only cares about UC.
