The only way to change how quick you gain turns and how many of them of can store, is by changing your gamespeed server or getting a paid account.
A paid account gives you like 20% faster turns and more 50% turns cap, for example on RT server with a paid it would be 45 turns cap.

Normal Server
- Normal game speed
- 1 turn per 15 minutes
- Maximum of 180 turns

Fast Server
- Fast game speed
- 1 turn per 5 minutes
- Maximum of 150 turns

Slow Server
- Slow game speed
- 1 turn per 30 minutes
- Maximum of 250 turns

Ultra Server
- Ultra fast game speed
- 1 turn per 2 minutes
- Maximum of 100 turns

Real-Time Server
- Real-time game speed
- 1 turn per 8 seconds
- Maximum of 30 turns

you wait, they come at a given rate of time determined by what server you play on
for example: on RT you gain a turn every 8 seconds, roughly, until you reach 30 turns (maximum, for the RT server)
so for slower speeds, you may not get a full storage of turns until the next day, like on slow server

you have to wait time if your in rt your lucky we get the shortest amount of time to get more turns(1 per second) but we also have the smallest maximum for turns(30)
