that`s dumb... but of course, you wouldn`t want to make the food over there higher than that because the n00bs over there probably can`t do math enough to figure out they`d be losing money if food got over a certain point. :P

food market limit was made at $100 at one stage oper unit, not sure if that still stands, feel free to test it out.

on uc by comparison, where money is rife and that limit would make sense, theirs is 15 per unit and can`t be sold over that.

There already are limitations on the market prices, added in to help prevent `illegal` transfers. You used to be able to post the stuff at whatever price you like (under the max of course), but now you can only post it within a certain range from the stuff already posted...

I`m afraid a price floor/ceiling would indeed bring another economic aspect into play, but likely more of a dark side than a benefit. Price floors/ceilings interfere with the regular workings of the market and bring about all manner of other issues.

ur sounding more like a newbie now lmao... creators never visit here since UC got booming... in fact one of the creators left & there is only one left out of the 2... everyone else is just staff that cant do crab...

lmao look a there are limits to the market... some of the limits such... some are to extreme & some arent enough...

reform of the market has been talked about but nothing has ever happend... one thing u can nearly count on is nothing is ever going to happen...

SFGC has challenged me to think in ways that I am not used to oppose to other Online games. I am one of your recently new players, and I love learning about the game. Many players are nice, and there are some who are bullies. I used to play a game called Survival Project, so I am used to the "kicking the newbie" down situation. I have been following all the bickering with how the Market has been running for a while. There are numerous of people complaining how experience players are abusing the market for the little (low-cash) players, like myself. However, why not solve all the bickering in this game and make a price ceiling on all the market products?? Apply the wonderful world of Economics in this game because I know some of you have taken it in high school or if not college. I am stating this to all players because this is quite funny how many people do abuse things..

Price Ceiling means that a product can only go up to that much, not over.
Price Floor means the product can only go that low. Example Food $3.
Shortage (As we know Ore is very famous for) it is safely to say 10,000 is a decent price ceiling.

I am not asking that you change the market rules because I know I have no authority. In fact, I have no reason to get any respect because I only played for about a month now. Although, I know this game has not really changed its "procedure" in years. I am just thinking of a better avenue to give you as authoritative leaders of the game "Less Headache in long term."

i find it sick that it is a food empire that is trying to set the price higher cause they got the money to buy the little post of food then resell them at higher prices & keep it at the that price...

im only posting at 13 to 15, i dont think someone is going to try & buy out the 15 post that i made lmao...

Mara i just got on here to check... & its me so u know... im kinda of sick of this crab... i been watching the last few days of a player regulating the price at 15....

plus i`ve been playing the market at the same time buying less & selling more.... thats a legal move... 15 seems like a good price anyways not to cheap or expensive for most players.

but im sick of the market being regulated by a player....

not only that as a minerial A.miner in the past mess selling & the market fraggile state is all a state of mind. A-holes who know how fraggle the market is & is rich enough to do something about killing it does.. there are few people who actually try to promote the better market by making the market not seem so weak.

example would be slow server at one point of time it was nearly empty but few players didnt really try & buy out the food market, cause buying it out would just leave the server in crab for a week or so.

There is a supply & demand. But when the market is being regulated in any way i think thats bad. the person is doing this is making profit probably if his food sells that he rebought... but if he does manage to sell its a profit thing... which im not doing much difference cause i buy cheap & sell higher like he does trying to counter act his moves & making his job harder...

u know im a pain in the butt when i want to be... if someone is regulating the market upward im going to fight whoever it is over this crab.

idk maybe u should be a mass producer & u would understand the illusion the market. sometimes it fraggliness. Also Supply & Demand. but when does supply & demand stop. on slower server its more of a PURE supply & demand on RT suppliers can control the price & regulate it.

i stopped posting for now. but i want u to understand this crab i`ve seen lately & why im posting like a made man... its not easy doing this crab all day long which i figure i dont a ton of posting.

buy it all 1 unit each , then laugh knowing the person who spammed the market on you just got his event spammed by like a few million posts , and if he reports it i then know what rear end did it and can warn him not to do it again :-/

er buy them, then you don`t have to look at it anymore.
