Not always having a negative income is a bad problem, assuming that you produce another kind of products to sell on the market and get money indirectly. The problem lies you you have negative money, when you`re in debt.

I`m assuming that -1300 is your income? first, disband fleet. Fleet is the most common cause of negative income. After you disband all your ships, click on Income on the top bar next to your Private Message box. If your income shown there is positive, then use a turn. If you have a positive income for that turn, then keep using turns until you have positive cash. If your income is not positive without a fleet, sell stuff on the market and don`t use any turns until it sells and you get the money. Once it sells, which you can tell by using your Important Events page, log out then back in to make sure everything refreshes correctly, and you can resume using turns to earn money.
