Maybe instead of increasing DP time as a punishment for spamming just have the 2nd and 3rd borders be the ones that are worthwhile. (and have a fleet that will make sure spammers can`t get more than one planet)

and as loof said hes here to hunt you :)
asmodai has nice planets and gives lots of rewards , he however has randomly generated stacks and may even atempt ultimate weapons , at the moment however hes simply leaving dp at random times and powers with nice planets , his dp time will increase each time he is spammed and he will punish those who spam him , at the moment his dp time is already 3 hours ( way to go spammers )
