Starbases can be built while in dp thats why they are poor ; but aminers, chirons and man of war rules <= not sure whether they have took away the collective`s man of war yet

Terran starbases are only really good for pr climbing, but can be usefull to save stacks as well, by spamming them up just above stacks you`d like to survive if defending vrs a spammer. The Chim have won more than Alot of battles being built singular without any backup fleet and low base pr.

scorps gets ownd by more or less all destroyers thou, good idea aside from that i guess.

You can put it in the middle stacks hoping that a newbie stacking some destroyers in the middle will attack .

Rag try putting scorpion on the bottom stacks while defending, if you stack scorp try f.swords and c class along with fodders for high hull defense, instead of attacking resistance is also a great plan i used c class allot for defense like resistance.

A miner starbase rock , high range and cheap upkeep , multi damage and a fair amount for a starbase class , an important asset to any miner , as a terran i also find the scorp apealing in a stack
though yes they arnt the best , but they cant be or the game wouldnt be fair

yes, kryo is pretty useless. TPE if you know a good way to successfully use terran star base lemme know. I haven`t found a good use for em yet except getting out of enslavement without losing dp.

Terran star bases can be good, dude any ship can be good , just need to know how to use it off course :)

? first understand how to use them and second what starbase? MoW`s and Chirons are sexy...if you ask me the most useless starbase is either the Kryo or the G. Diamond
