Hmm. I`ve been attacked twice now since I restarted yesterday, and neither one of them is showing up in my retal list (and neither one of them has restarted).
Any ideas?

if your getting had over / beat / pestered by new empires with nothing to lose maybe you should reflect upon your skills and find a way to counter the tactic without counter atacks >:p

uber if it was anything worth not loosing they wouldnt restart lol
Not to be annoying or w/e but I think their penalty is losing everything their empire owns XD

i always ssem to get attacked by newbies who restart straight after and some of them should know better as they been playing the game for over 1yr and still restart everytime they give out more than 3 counters. there should be a penalty for any1 who restarts an empire after less than 30 days since the last time.

yea as long as one of them is above 5 k you can see them all.

wow that`s weird. I just got attacked for a 3rd time, and suddenly all 3 of them have appeared in my retal list.

Are you sure? I know you can`t see them if they`re in NP and you pick "Retal and not in DP", but when I choose "Retal", I`ve always been able to see them. One of the people in my retal list right before I restarted was sitting at like 1550...

you cant see them if all your counters are in newbie pro, or if you are yourself
