hmm, i can`t remember being in debt; do know i had pcc in the beginning i played, must of got em from missions or starting or something i gues. Pcc is allways good to have;)

hmm, haven`t been in dept for real long time... don`t you get any planetary core capsules when starting out? you could use these perhaps

Streetrac, note that as he is in debt he can`t build ships, and the debt interest can make him lose much money.
disband ships, try making turns, if still loosing money, build a couple viators, explore some planets, dump viators, extract ore from planets and get population wich you assign to create income then. Restarting can be avoided most times and is still possible when this wouldn`t work out.

Disband all your ships, don`t use turns and sell things on the market. If you then can`t go to positive money you will need to restart.
