Universal Council have removed attack restrictions on Africa !
47 hours before end of the galaxy.
Will there be anyone who can stop this Empire before it`s too late?

yep ultra is no doubt the most boring server, 2 targets tops in range always(considering 100 turns and 100 k base) sigh
