I don`t know how to restart my empire. I put in my empire password but I don`t get to restart. Why can`t I restart and what password should I put in?

you can find your password again (incase you lost it) in your inbox from your email
mind you, you are currently not at an high enough mission to restart as another race, so when you restarted you became terran again

and you have to select a race too , even for restarting ( just check the race you already are )
