i never made any more nirvs how was i able to capture the nirvs?

capture rate dosn`t count when your oponent has capture ships in their stacks, if your opponent has v class or h class ships (viral or collective capture ships) you can`t capture your oponents ships. this has always been a feature of capturing

i`ve seen this befor

you`re viral and he`s viral so neither person can capture if there are any V class in the opposing stacks which both players have borrelly

when he hit your nirv he destroyed 2 nirv and captured 6 totaling 8 nerv lost

since he could not capture nirv where you have v class the nirv were returned to you after the battle was over

Interesting since there weren`t nirv in the defending fleet. Maybe you kept the ones his borr captured o.0

most likely wiped his b bore before they could even atack / activate capture ability , so it didnt consider him to have it at all :/ ?
