most likely correct lothor , while setting up an npc i become unable to refresh its power rating log into it etc once it steps over 2.2 - 2.4b , him being logged on at the time without build restriction would let him climb further than even npc ^^

Actually bandits can beat it all pretty easily since guardian ships have such high power ratings
nah wizzy was just the 1st guy to go on a climbing rampage in gc , then he broke it :-(

nobody actually knows how high he got seems the server crashed o.o` or well i atleast dont recall the exact details , but i know through using the npc the server doesnt agree with 2.4b

wizzy is the reason there is a power rating limit , its impossible for a player to beat his record :p
bandits can beat the record just now :P

From 1,199,999,999 you can build the max turns worth of ships in one go, but after that you can`t climb any higher.
A fair few players have made the climb, some several times, takes usaully a few weeks to climb that high.
