What is going on. I just waited for attacking in GC fast and DP pending refresh lastes now for more than 30 min. That will cost me my borders. This game gets more and more screwed up !!!

pending refresh has always taken from 1 minute to 1 hour regardless of game speed
its not the servers fault as thats how it has always been programed and run.
