There is also a few artifacts that give turns. Small time capsule gives 10 turns and Big time capsule gives 100 turns (or maximum turns cap in RT).

turns regenerate by themselves depending on teh game speed ur account is on and if your paid or not.

here is the max turn storages for un-paid and turn regen rates for unpaid:

Normal Server
- 1 turn per 15 minutes
- Maximum of 180 turns

Fast Server
- 1 turn per 5 minutes
- Maximum of 150 turns

Slow Server
- 1 turn per 30 minutes
- Maximum of 250 turns

Ultra Server
- 1 turn per 2 minutes
- Maximum of 100 turns

REAL TIME
- 1 turn per 8 seconds
- Maximum of 30 turns

for paid add 50% to max turn storage and 20% faster turn regeneration
