if i enslave someone how do they become unenslaved?

they can declare independance by going 10X your current power, and clicking a button "declare independance" in the "slave empires" thing under the command menu.
OR, you can set them free, by viewing their empire info, through intel, or clicking on them in your "slave empires"
and you have the option to reward punish, or free that slave empire.
