it is my understanding now that no, you cant give an account away to someone, as for seeling gordos for ecoupons, no account has been established, stephen benifits, the players benifit, but as for being a punishable offence it doesnt seem to be enforced

You can sell artis but not accounts. I believe you are not even allowed to give an account to someone else anymore
