Welcome Cypher, i got them of Stephen with Belial, I have posted them before, and Maraudian when he was still gollum supplied me with one of them.
I believe Maru also posted them a age ago on the general forum somewhere
and those two links go to my website, just find its easier to leave them there faster to look up than the forums.

or just take your current pr, minus fleet ... and viola ... include SBs, can be used on enemies :P
