You search for your favorite artists, choose which songs you like to add to your play list, and that`s it. Signup isn`t even required (i think the play list is saved as a cookie on your computer).

Found the site via stumbleupon (AMAZING firefox plugin....the source of much wasted time and is like space crack for chronic internet surfing procrastinators...just click a button and it finds a site that has that "that is WAY COOL I WANA BOOKMARK IT AND TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT IT" quality to it. Warning: can lead to sleep deprivation).
