well first ide like to thank everyone who took part in the event , it certainly was interesting , and well only one fool has complained so far and thats because he didnt get what he wanted * sigh , always one *
but the rest have thanked me and well , i gotta admit impressed me , a few last night even suggested each time it fails , it gets harder , till it succeeds , now add that to bigger winning`s the harder it gets and i think its a pretty good idea , add balancing to that of you can only get a limitted amount of prizes from it per boom ( so for those who hit jackpot, no more till a boom. )
now its completely up to you if you lot if you want to test it out or not , but 24 hours - 1 week gaps between each atempt and increases in difficulty each time ( this includes introduction of NPC ships with its others , possible higher pr , exploration , fleet rebuild , or a mix if it fails numerous times , maybe even some defence from a side kick npc or two if you lot truly do keep him down.
i really dont mind setting up events along this line , and no not only big empires benefit from this , empires have won prizes from this event at 10m - 500k pr for certain things.
only problem is i cant take part with my empire and i want too as it sounds fun to me :`( :`(
feel free to backhand slap me in the face over facts like pulling prizes out of a magic hat umbalances the game or even suggest some things / alterations to the above , flat out refuse it , or want it , just as usual try not to rant and be insultive ect , i am only trying to make this game a little more lively and fun
PS: one other thing ide like to point out is this idea would very likely mean an NPC boom would go off every few months , now i know for my empire that doesnt apeal to me at all and ide try and kick him in the private region myself if i could -_- , but well this kind of idea does sound like alot of fun.
