There`s no moral paradox here. We must ban together to defete Asmodai.
A successful UW cuts 90 % of your wealth. Thats the same for everybody, but it hurts a large empire much more. No fuzzy math. 900B is bigger than 0.9B.

Consider it this way. Lets figure out how long it will take you, to get back to where you were, before the UW popped. If you are a settled large empire, the money you make per turn, is going to be about the same before and after the UW. Since you can`t make more per turn, Its going to take the same time to make that much money again.

If your a newer player, your empire isn`t maxed out. You are going to find ways to make more money, per turn! So its going to take less turns to get back to what you had. Less turns to recover means less impact.

The largest empires lose the most, and, need the most time to get back to where they were.

So we better start planning on how to put Asmodai back in his grave. We can call it the give 10 and save 90 plan. We will call on all empires to spend 10% of their wealth, (blowing up Asmodai ships, or stocking the mineral market) to save 90% of your wealth. Give 10 Save 90!

sounds like a moral paradox to me, will rt stand united before our enemy or will it sit by and watch it go under to the extent of smaller empires getting the set back while the rich make the come back........... { very intresting }

if this uw goes off i will have no money left for it to take anyway :P

well if he rebuilds durin the uw it will be extremely difficult to take him down lol...but on the other hand... the server needs really to be refreshed :)

Heh nice, maybe this time it actually will amount to something seeing as noone can build up above him ! Looking forward to it :-)

asmodai is a NPC basicly the same as Lucas but rather than just having random power rating stacks and planets he will try to activate the UW instead , he can have any ship from any race , playable and unplayable.
