hey can eny one tell me how to make your scouts stronger and also how to let them fight back.

lol, dude scouts are scouts because they explore if they were ment to fight they would not be called scouts, but the only way to get scronger scouts is to research different techs. but at the most you will only have 2 different types of scouts, and no scouts can fight back
building scouts also doesnt bring you out of DP & starbases are the same way but everything else does bring ya out of DP lol
the scouts cannot fight back and there is no way to make your scouts stronger unless you research a new scouts
