meh i enjoy gc , just sick of the enviroment around it , would be a nice game if it wasnt for some peoples attitude , but tbh i think the game itself pulls out that attitude in alot of em , i believe the term is spacecrack ?

Cheating wont matter eventually. This game will be dead, so there wont be a reason to cheat anymore, and even if you do, who cares? This game is going to hell anyways, so if you get suspended, i wouldnt worry about it.

As you can see, im sick of GC.

as for knowing for a fact , no you dont , you dont hear / see 5% of the stuff i do , and when you do its always a rant of some nature hoping to rally up support to rebel and all that pathetic milark , i suspend thousands of empires for cheating etc , every now and then we come across something that could or could not be and make a decision of suspending them and investigating it the hard / rough way , thats like 1 out of every few hundred empires and very rare, this 1 case just turned out useless as 1 of them had no intention of speaking and the other disapeared off the face of the earth , hardly acts of innocent empires who care about there accounts but still , be thankfull i released them at all , its not like they discussed it with me and i decided they were ` completely ` innocent , its simply they refused too and i couldnt be bothered leaving a case of such nature unsolved for such a long time.

depends on the bug in question , i wouldnt be nice about it , might simply blacklist them on the spot if i feel its apropriate for the offence

you know what sickens me about this game, there are cheaters out there who fraknly none of you will believe cheat, despite all evidence staff may have but are bound by stephen to not discuss.

I`m sure staff would love to paste all teh relevant details many times over and have one of those blacklist walls for you all to see who did what, why and some of the relevant conversations where they admit to it directly to staff, which gets screenshotted and added to their account.

Sad that those screenshots can`t be shown isn`t it, because its believed that this must be done in order to make people more honest, or to protect them from repercussions in some cases, especially when they name others, which in turn get investigated.

It of course won`t matter a hoot what anyone writes here form staff or ex staff because everyone is always into conspiracy theories about this one protects his mates, that one protects her fed, that will of course never change you`ll all assume the worst because you know the worst in yourselves and cant` believe that anyone is above or beyond that or simply just doesn`t give a rats behind about it all enough to target people simply to target them, not because they`ve cheated oh god forbid everyone is innocent what am i saying of course they are.

No one in the entire game cheats ever. Talk about bleeding peppermint filled bull dust.

wouldnt be admin if ide cheated or showed any sign of it , and i feel pandy and belial were more than capable of detecting / enforcing that in staff.

im sorry but with all due respect to agm( guardian god and my hero )it seems to me people who are under investigation get punished first before facts arise and then punishment is lifted if cleared of charges, its like being tried in the state of texas we hang em first then at the funeral we will make the anouncement they were innocent to begin with

Mara... sometimes its clearly known who the cheaters are... from what i hear most of the older players have at least done it once in there life on GC & from what i hear you have done your share of it too...

just from what i`ve heard... i dont know... but your welcome to admit or deny it

well just a quick 5 second example : why would staff want to advertise how x player cheated

alot of time cheats etc are found that are better left unknown , if made public would spread like wildfire

AGM... i think the information should stil be shown, but like add-on comments about being wrongfully accused... Might not be so great for an Admin to have to admit how time over time people have been wrongfully confused.

If you bug Stephen enough he might just do it anyways... Either way who said this list would have to be on GC itself... but a link to it from the forum would be good...

Would still involve effort on stephens part. On an OT point, has he said anything about the vapourware that may be 1.07

Sounds like a good idea, guess the main problem could be if someone was shown to be wrongly punished would it still be shown and how would people react to seeing it.

Definitely think it is worth doing though would back up what Admins do and could stop alot of the criticisms

theres a lot to be said about that idea. Would definitly make the process a lot more transparent, however, doubtful step would like that. Few old logs I still keep that id love nothing more to share.

This game is no more corrupted than it has ever been.

Admins do their best but if people are caught cheating they will almost always deny it or say that the admin is biased against them for some reason.

Admins look for proof before punishing players and i trust that they do the best job they can
