having retal screen (what moops is terming as dp filter) is the only reason i have a paid,

but you have to manually check your empire log,
(dates and empire names) then you can see if there out of dp

but yes it`s a nice feature of the game (reason i get a paid)

Yeah he`s saying that maybe if non-paids could switch the filter when looking at empires around you to those out of dp/that u have a retal against it would increase the amount of attacks and players in the game. Although I`d like to have this feature since I`m a non-paid I doubt it would do much to revitalize the game.

i think hes actually refering to the DP filter, the one that non-paids cant use
