im a newb and i have arund 4,000 power,f i get one more planest it goes over 5,000 power. I tried to buy 30,000 power and another planet, but i was attack the minite i did it and loss everthing.
i need help

Better to join a fed and let them help guide you through your start-up phase.
You can also build scouts and explore for planets without breaking DP. Use it to get a good planet base built up.

I suggest reading the manual. Also you can only lose your three outer colonies (boarders) when attacked before you go into 24 hour damage protection. This allows you to research etc without being attacked. But if you build ships other than starbases it will take you out of damage protection.
