You can`t dig for artifacts !
Note:
1. You cant dig during the first 24 hours of starting a new empire.
ya i got the same message once today.... HEY LOOK UP... new empire again... & i cant dig... this blows

I got it too GM =/ kinda sucks
but at least itll be fixed within the next year or two XD

*our people are lookijng into it, expect a report on out finding ins 42 weeks, implimnetation of any recommended fixes in a further 34 weeks and then a quick bug check that will take 12 weeks. Thanks for your time*
