nope.
actually wasnt there an artifact stare back in 2003 if i remember so vagely
and it would never even be considered for GC because its a very childish unbalanced idea , even if artifacts sold in the billions it would be unbalanced
yes it sounds all sexy with a cherry ontop and stuff but in the long run its a bad idea , even if you all like it

it was trialled on uc, it got abused stephen took it offline permanently. Never ot to gc because of that.
