winning battle is calculate from the actual number of pr of ship lost, not the percentage of ship lost.. this is to give players chance of winning battle when attacking ppl of higher pr..
this is especially important in countering someone higher pr than u or fighting uw.. otherwise it will not be fair that higher pr always win lower pr :P

attack does by power rating of ships, you lose more thus why you lose 2 colonies

PR losses
Attacker 67881 = 99.4%
Defender 92498 = 50.5% DP

Attacker being Deeworld ... nuff said

Ok, I`m new so I didn`t understand the rules. It really doesn`t logicly make sense this way though. I would think that the attacker should need to actually be able to defeat the defenders. It would work that way in most other war strat games that I have played.

i use sims for this sort of thing as it gives difinitive answers, not `ah looks like` or `if my calc is right` or `looks like you lost more but unsure ill have toi add it all up` type answers

i think on agro he would have lost more herc but it would still have been a 2 col victory , but im off to work in 5 seconds so cyall in 8 hours o.o`

you lost 93k pr
he lost 68k pr

you only need a 10% advantage to win 1 planet he had enough for a 2 colony win , his atack apears to be `normal`

it may seem dumb because you lost but really just unlucky , if you had more stacks you would have wiped him with ease and won

it is done by PR of fleet lost, not ships left over (you have to have at least ONE ship left to win however, no matter what type of ship (even scouts for defending...go figure)


Here is the losses in PR terms:

PR losses
Attacker 67,881 = 99.4% <--- DeeWorld
Defender 137,900 = 75.2% DP <--- ShaVegas (you)

Here you can see you lost 137k PR of fleet, to 67k pr of fleet for the attacker hence they win due tot he fact he has ships left over.
