Can`t plunder (Not Homeworld)

Does anyone know anything about planets (besides your homeworld) that cannot be plundered? I have a planet that is only size 50 and it is an ice world, and I want to plunder it just to get rid of it because it`s about worthless now that I`ve mined the ore off of it (it had like 4000 ore), but there`s no box to check on the main list, and even though when I go to the planet screen it does have the option to plunder, when I click on it, nothing happens. I get a blank screen below the word "plunder."
The planet designation is X.5124
Could someone please look into this...is it a bug, or is this a special planet? It`s the only one I`ve seen so far that is designated with an "x" so I`m beginning to wonder.

well thats your choice , most people would have explored 2 boarders and come out of DP , lose 3 and the 3rd would be the X class , they then continue exploring

Thanks. I just clustered it. I wish I didn`t have to do that, but there were worlds above it that I really wanted to keep-big worlds with tons of land...so I took a loss by clustering a size 50 world.

x class cannot be plundered.
Regular x class (e.g. x forests x barrens etc, NOT x U class) may be clustered into a c1 with 4 other planets, or if you`re viral you may infect and then plunder.

X U class have to be lost in battle i`m afraid.

maru`s and collectives can however plunder all x class, as a feature of their races

hummmm a cursed planet must be clustered to plunder or left for boarder. viral collective and maurauder are the only race that can plunder reg x class planets.
