thers a old frend of mine caled Evilvengece that probibly not how t spell it but if you cant find himm ask people in Tempest his fed how to get in contact he can tell you anyting just dont get on his bad side

First off, Have a gander through the manual, And then follow your missions. dont worry if you mess up first few times, you can always goto Options ---> restart
Different Game speeds have different turn regen rates, You can have One account on each so See which one suits the amount of time you have to invest and give it a shot.
Turns will come in time depending on your game speed, Any specific questions, Ask again here or int he help centre :)
