If you want to fight Virals as A.miner, fight offline virals, use fodder defense with missile behind. When on low PR and you`re sure they`re spamming, attack on aggresive. On higher PR attack on careful, hopefully you won`t put him into dp, so build your stack accordingly to rip many colonies.

use fodders and have chlorites lower, hopefully the chlorites hit the borrs second round =) borrs bounce off fodder meaning they get stuck on those and can't kill anything else of ur fleet. work sometimes

Well, the M.Lakko has a higher range than the borrelies, but the dammage they make is a joke, so thats not really an option. Virals r cheeta

LOL, good question. One garunteed way to win is counter attacking, but even then it has to be very high, and make sure it just isnt random spam, becuase lictor spam might be taken down by borrelly spam due to the fact you will lose more power than the defender. so to rpevent this, if you happen to know the nature of the spam, whether they have chirons or whatever, then you need to stack accordingly, have some ship as a fodder, then maybe a chlorite to take out borrelly spam, for chirons, you have to be attacking them, and the only aminer ship that has a higher range than any viral ship are starbases, so whenever attacking or defending from a viral, put up fodders(not strafez, becuase each viral ship has kinetic) but just some kind of ship that can absorb most of the damage, so you can have something just pruely focused on targetting their weakness, becuase with aminer`s ship power ratio compared to virals`, you are going to need those weaknesses to enchance your attacking power. So for chirons, epitodes would fair well in taking them out.
but if you have a paid account, man you got it made, becuase that ship can make for good fodder (and maybe take out some borrelly) is the F broadsword, but if you are an aminer with no paid, well... that sucks. ( i am too, i feel your pain) of course these stacks will only work if you have maximized your power of your fleet, to theirs, and even then it may not work due to your base power or their base power etc etc. (be careful they might through in some other ship spam and throw you off)
