iv found out a spy was in our fed is there any way to check there history before u recuit them see what feds they were in

Nope... unfortunately not. Most feds establish a training/sister fed where all new applicants must go for a specified amount of time. Something like 3 months should do. Most spies wouldn`t sit in a newbie fed for that long to get into your main fed to spy.
