Underwater Building

lol that`s funny, with all this technology and super dupa weapon and shielding none of these tech advanced races can even build an underwater building - they have to build on the land. that`s nearly as dumb as the farming Borg u `resistance is fertile` lol

You don`t, presuming you`re talking about oceanic planets. You can only build on the land provided on any planet you get.

then how d`you get out?

nah in real life u use prefab parts that u connect under water then seal those water proof and pumnp the water out

The buildings on the Oceanic class planets float on top.

erm generally speaking or in the game? If u mean in the game then u cant (I dont think). In real life I would prob use some waterproof cement :P
