alternative thought, what about aminers being able to
terraform (simlar to infect by virals) which enables them to
raise a cluster`s industry mods higher should that be their
cash cow (perhaps make this a new project)

hmm could make it available to all races i guess .. in theory .. but better mods for aminer

how about having a project to up the effectivness of a said colony or cluster?

may make it a good idea due to the need for more project based things

Nice...

Of course, virals and collectives routinely terraform their planets so that the planet`s mods are negative, but hey; cooool!
