I have found an Xtreme Colony, but I do not know what is so "Xtereme" about it.

it is not that special as far as i know it is a way of makeing you clustering it i allways get my x planets just before i get a good planet so it makes me cluster it
to me they are just bad to give you a disavantege to other races that can plunder them
