actually the thing that would reduce the number of people who leave cant be changed there are a lot of people who act like jerks in chat when some one asks a question and give the people crab and they are often the more outspoken voices heard, so the over all impression with the game is most of the players are jerks, and it is not uncommon for the guides to be busy either already talking to some one, paying attention to their game, or getting spammed by the butt kissers (lets face it if the guides were teachers they would have a lot of apples on their desks), and so immediatly the new players decided not to waste time on this game. what annoys me about this is i have left the game for several months and come back 3 or 4 times, and a lot of the people giving the new players a hard time were people that i have helped or seen other people help a couple months earlier, and so they miss treat people the same way they were miss treated, and so it creates a whole new generation of elitest jerks. also the word manual is one word out of many words on the screen and sometimes it helps just to be told that there is a manuel which is done in UC, but not in GC, and i think there needs to be a mention of that when you first creat a GC account just saying "hey you there is something that can assist you right here"
