Increasing Out of DP Bonus

easy just say u get a plus 5% bonus when building ships or attacking or what ever have u when ure outa dp
and u get a 20% bonus for researching outa dp

Excellent idea - could be capped so the top ten or so empires don`t get a bonus to stop abuse. Make it all production, maru will be happy because more targets. Don`t think explore bonus would work, nobody wants to explore that S class barren just as they get attacked....

ya thats true. i mean the Main reason most of us stayin dp is to Make money, produce minerals, produce Cgs, or the new empires that are exploring and making our juicy C2s for us to capture.

I think it`s a brilliant idea. Maybe even make it a 25 or 50% bonus. More people out of dp means more people to fight with, thus more activity. RT is hard to find anyone out of dp except for the second the server refreshes and their dp expires.
