Sir Ben is the small strafez runner that has single handedly warded off the great fleet of doom by sacrificing his queen and big brother strafez, and shooting spit wads, swords, and garudas at the Nirvana Dreadnoughts and the host of 20 queens! Aghast that the small runner would do such a thing, and appalled at the hideousness of the queen thrown at it, the fleet of doom ran away in abject terror (which was subsequently swallowed up by a freak wormhole and transported into the land of Telle Tubbies and Purple Dinosaurs)!! And thus sir Ben saved his home town, which is located on a rocky-type border planet, which is scheduled for demolition in 36 hours. xD

But I understand you TPE. I too wavered in my faith in Stephen and quit the game, sacrificing my 35k land C4 in a last ditch effort to please the great STEPHEN before taking a break from the game! When Stephen saw this great sacrifice, he was greatly pleased and was motivated to update the game more quickly. Though my sacrifice may have been small compared to the great STEPHEN, it is a GREAT coincidence that 2 months later the collective gets a mighty update. Upon hearing this, i came back and was reborn as the Prophet Ragnarok!! This is my testimony to the greatness of STEPHEN!!

Oh TPE. It is only because we haven`t prayed to the great STEPHEN enough (who is brother to the Great Flying Spaghetti Monster, blessed be his many noodly appendages....RAMEN). 2 years ago, the great host of collective empires and their countless friends (who were partly assimilated) gathered on the internet and prayed for 9 weeks straight for an update. And when the update came 6 months ago, the collective race was greatly blessed with sexy new ships, improvements on their existing ships, and a great increase to their assimilation abilities. The virals were punished with a nerfing of their treasured borreley for their lack of prayer, and because they didn`t pray enough to counter the requests by their rival races for the viral to be nerfed! And they were denied access to the Livid and Lictor to boot!

And what about his generous grant of PCCs and BTCs was, which was spurned by a majority of respected players and greatly criticized!!! Instead of praise, he got cursed, so as punishment he was withheld updates!!

We need to be worshipful of STEPHEN and NOT criticize anything he does, and give him offerings of C1 and C2 clusters and HOURLY offerings of Food and Ice Cream!!! For every time someone says Stephen doesn`t care, a Dark Marauder or Kalzul dies. REMEMBER THAT!!

While I may not like the fact that the long awaited update isn`t here, I still have to respect Stephen for creating such a great game, not to mention the amount of work that volunteers have put in to make it better. If GC was shut down tomorrow, I`d be pretty sad about it. And, I know from experience that it is easier to motivate someone to do something through encouragement than it is to tear them down for their failures.

But then again, maybe I`m just blissfully ignorant.

Good job, Sir Ben. I bow before you. Or I would bow before you, if I had not already died of shame. I posted that in my fed forum as a warning to all the new guys about what NOT to do. That`s really classic though.
